About Us
We help the private, public and NFP sectors to integrate climate change and sustainability considerations into their corporate governance systems. We focus on the processes that feed into and support board decision making, increasing the board’s oversight of and confidence in the management of climate change and sustainability issues.

Our Goal
The world is learning how to be sustainable and adapt to climate impacts while transitioning to net zero. This is a learning process that is taking place at a societal, government, organisational and individual level across the globe. To be successful organisations must be agile and adapt their decision making processes to simultaneously meet both short term and long term needs.
STSG was established to facilitate this learning process by enabling organisations to examine how their existing governance systems can effectively support sustainable decision making.
